New Topping - Design, Engineering and Construction Assistance
YPF decides to increase its production capacity and improve the operational flexibility of the plant.
SIC TEC is contracted to carry out the Basic and Detailed Engineering of the New Topping III at the Luján de Cuyo refinery.
157 process documents were developed, 112 mechanical, 143 electrical, 430 instrumentation and control, 334 civil and structural, and 1240 piping.
