The purpose of the inspection and control of equipment and elements is to verify their correct operating condition in accordance with regulations and/or safety standards, as prevention and limitation of risks, as well as protection against accidents that may cause damage to people, property or the environment, derived from the use of this type of equipment.
Process
Inspection
It is the execution of; controls, measurements and tests provided for in the Particular Standard or Procedure (such as; Structural control, Control of mechanisms, parts and components, Verification of cables and fixings, Verification of hydraulic and electrical systems, functional tests, etc.) and the necessary record to support the results of this inspection.
Technical Evaluation Report
As a result of the inspection, a report is issued with a record of the condition of the equipment or element. If there are deficiencies, the points observed that need to be corrected are indicated, which, in the event of non-compliance with the regulations, must be corrected before the respective certification is issued.
Certification
Once all critical points regarding the safety and integrity of the equipment have been corrected, the inspection certificate is issued, in accordance with the SICTEC procedures. The certificate details the identification data of the equipment, its authorization status and the suggested date for the next inspection. A label or seal is also attached to the equipment to indicate that it has been inspected.
Monitoring and Recertifications
All information and documentation obtained and/or generated within the scope of this service will be kept confidential and will only be disclosed with the express authorization of the Client.
Application Rules
Our certification will be carried out in accordance with a specific standard or procedure as established by the IRAM ISO/IEC 17020:2013 standard (ASME B30, ANSI, BS EN 474, etc.) Law 19587 Hygiene and Safety at Work, articles 114 to 137. Approved by Decree No. 351/79 Resolution 960/15 Forklifts of the Superintendence of Occupational Risks.
